Tariffs
Full tariff schedule for legal entities — in PDF, effective from 01.01.2026.
Procedure for applying tariffs:
The list of services provided fully complies with the legislation of the Republic of Kazakhstan.
All postal, telephone and other costs are charged separately at actual cost including VAT, unless a tariff is set.
The Bank's costs to third parties for executing client instructions are reimbursed at actual cost including VAT, at the client's expense.
Where the cost of a service is not defined by this tariff or requires extra work, the Bank independently determines the commission fee.
Commission charged is non-refundable if an instruction is cancelled.
Commissions are payable in tenge or foreign currency at the client's discretion, at the Bank's buy rate on the payment date.
The Bank may unilaterally amend these tariffs to reflect the development of its banking activities.
All bank commissions are paid by the client in advance, unless otherwise agreed.
The Bank may request documents confirming the origin of funds and/or economic rationale of a transaction.
The Bank may unilaterally refuse to carry out an operation if it identifies risks.
The Bank warns of risks of return or blocking of transfers to/from the Russian Federation or the Republic of Belarus due to international sanctions, and bears no liability for related losses.
