Measures taken by the Bank in the event of the borrower's failure to comply with the requirements
In case of failure of the borrower to comply with the requirements under the bank loan agreement, the Bank has the right to: 1. Charge penalties (fines, fines); 2. Collect funds from the borrower's bank accounts; 3. Transfer the debt to a collection agency for pre-trial collection and settlement; 4. File a claim in court and perform other actions provided for by the Bank's internal documents.
